I think its awesome that they burn their own neighborhoods and businesses and don't really venture out like its doing any good.

Bring in all available officers and the national guard. As soon as those pieces of shite get the least bit rowdy, haul them all off to jail and charge them with everything you can remotely get to stick.

Actually it's not standard procedure.
The state of La. should have immediately investigated the incident to determine if state laws had been broken and a criminal act committed by the cops.
The Feds could have started their own investigation to as to whether or not any federal laws had been broken.
However, because of political reasons this didn't happen. Now we see that Landry has to do his investigation because La. law was not immediately followed.
