Sounds like the attorneys are laying out their civil lawsuit. They're claiming they cop came out to kill him, told him he was going to kill him, then did kill him.

I know most of us watched the video. At no point from the time of the shooting to 70 seconds before that was there a gun up against Sterling's head.
