still don't understand the "insufficient evidence" rhetoric . . . it would seem that this is more of a justifiable use of deadly force

I wish they hadn't said that either. That reminds me of the NFL saying call on the field stands. It was 100% justified.

Gravy has peaked. After this he will fade away and will end up selling bootleg CD's at the Triple S.

Others adopted the story....

But to gravy... He was born in it... Molded by it.

That applies to the state murder statutes, but the Federal Civil Rights laws are more nuanced insofar as the officer's actions and add an additional burden, i.e., willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S. or,
willfully subject or cause to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties, than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or by reason of his/her color or race.

Why is Gravy doing interviews in his living room instead of his awesome office in South Baton Rouge?

Dude is doing interviews with CNN on Skype.

Actually I got it wrong. IF they infiltrate, they become KKK with a license to kill.

MY BAD for not being more clear.

I hope to God Landry has a backbone because JBE is going to press hard for charges.

The AG is an elected position and a separate branch of government. I'm no Landry fan, but I doubt he gives two shits what JBE thinks. Landry's success and future re-election as AG does not hinge on JBE AT ALL. JBE being Gov. of a deep red state is solely because of the stupidity of the La GOP in running an unlikable and philandering a-hole as their main candidate.

Remember folks, this is who our esteemed mayor has on her advisory council.

My gosh we're screwed.
