To make them think twice before posting some made up BS the next time. Actions need consequences

This is the craziest thing to me. They were completely wrong about every criticism they had of him.

Rush was on the radio 3 hours a day for 30 years. Thousands of hours of audio and look at how people spoke of him with zero evidence.

They do, say, and think how they are told.

No, I get it.

You'd think Stephen King, obviously a relatively intelligent individual, would have some reason to say such a horrible thing.

I get it.

But how terrible do you have to be to "quote" a dead person...

To make an example out of these people with a platform who don't do their due diligence before spouting off. How many people will run with his first post as fact?

Did you know there are THREE movies and a series based on Steven King's collective works out this year?

The Long Walk (today), The Institute (series MGM+), The Running Man (12/7), and The Monkey (February 2025)?

Don’t understand how a public figure or business owner puts stuff on social media without doing at least a minimum of fact checking. At least he apologized and admitted a mistake.

I don't understand how anyone does this...not just public figures or business owners. It's weird.

The only response to him now should be “thank you for recognizing that you were wrong and repeated a vile lie. In light of that, perhaps this would be an opportune time to go back and do some research about other things you believe based on social media posts. Could it be that you have bought all the lies and have been grossly misled?”

Can’t expect much from a poster who was whining about his wine collection under stress from a hurricane whilst people were literally losing their homes.

The people who have sunk a shitload of money in producing those projects, probably had a come apart yesterday and Mr. King's lawyer received an atom-bomb threat!

Based on King's prior comments over the last decade or so, it's obvious he is in no way genuine about his apology.

He's still wrong. Charlie Kirk didn't cherry-pick Bliblical passages. He clearly, succinctly, and accurately expressed Biblical truth.

Does every liberal eventually make the transition into looking like Rosie O'Donnell? Cause he looks like he is halfway there.

Is he sorry or is he worried nobody will go see his new movie The Long Walk this weekend?

He absolutely never said that but SK will probably bend over backwards for an Islamist who actually wants to stone gays.
