Deputies say Flores stuck his phone over the top of the bathroom stall to “secretly” record the other student and then sent the video to friends.

I don't even think he should get in trouble for that. They guy rubbing one out had to know that was a possibility but went for it anyway.

that being a felony is retarded but bond seems low for felony charge.
