I had someone almost run me over a while back on I-12 in Robert. The guy hadn't gone over the drunk bumps until he was about 30 yards from me changing my tire. Had to roll under my shite. Why of all places on the interstate did the guy choose that tiny section of road to go off?

I think the red car with their flashers on might have been with the guy. He pulls up really close to the guy and then turns his flashers on. Like saying yeah this guy is smashed so we're going to be driving slow. Then he pulls over after the wreck.
