Stowe, VT is kind of cool little place.
Around 3,000 people.

94°F Historical High Temperature

98% White Folks as residents

It’s where the von Trapp family settled after WWII.

Beautiful state. Weird people. A lot of Puritan roots there

Oh, Paul! Mrs. S and I had a glorious time in October taking in the fall colors at your Montpelier estate!

No. That honor goes to West Virginia’s white trash arse. That state would be better off if exactly no one lived in it.

Louisiana native and current central Vermonter here. I can attest that these 2 states are on very different trash levels. A few impoverished places like Rutland that have a slight trash factor but it's no New Iberia! And dont get it twisted...this whole state is not Burlington. Rural Vermont is gun and ganja country.

I spend quite a bit of time in Burlington and around Lake Champlain due to my job. Beautiful area.

We went to the New England Maple Syrup Museum in Vermont a couple years ago. We ended up chatting with the owners only to find out they were Blanchards like my wife. They were baw as baw could be. I highly recommend the museum if you're passing down the highway. It's super campy with bad robots and stuffed animals. Plus all you can eat syrup samples.

I travel to Vermont several times a year. Beautiful place and great people, especially when you venture outside the bigger cities.

Dorset Maple Reserve is the best syrup I’ve found in my travels.

I’ve been a few times to go skiing. It’s a neat little state but loses its charm quickly. Basically the whole state shuts down at night
