State inspections - Baton Rouge

For those of you in the Red Stick, where do you get your vehicles inspected? Every place I use has stopped doing them! I’m at a loss for where to go now. I live near Bluebonnet and Highland.
And is it just me or are less and less places doing these inspections? I can’t blame them, they probably make nothing and have to deal with the State breathing down their back all the time.

State law requires you to go to Benny's on Perkins.

I go to this craphole place on Old Hammond Hwy just east of Millerville.

Benny’s sucks. Some guy on a power trip threatened to fail me if I didn’t buy windshield wipers from them.

Not a chance in hell. They sold me used tires as new and when I went to complain after I had a blowout within a week the owner was stupid enough to claim I couldn’t have gotten my tires from him because they are old. Ratted his business out in front of everyone. When I provided the receipt he went ape shite and threw his clipboard at me and yelled “well then I guess I will have to fricking pay for your tires!!” There was no reasoning with that idiot.

Passed a law now. If u have a crack over 7 inches they wont inspect it I went to 3 different places till I found a place in Arcadia La. They just did paper work stuck on sticker. No problem
