How do you know? State Farm agent?
I haven't seen a State Farm homeowners policy in a long time.
Are they writing in all counties? What kind of UW guidelines you working with?

Answer me this: I’ve never had an at-fault nor have I needed my liability insurance in any way in 30+ years of driving. Why does the liability portion comprise 80% of the cost of my auto premium?

Agents in my experience don’t do shite after the sale (private ins not commercial), except attempt to sell me shite I don’t need. Maybe you’re different.
I’ll be happy to answer when you answer what shite you don’t need is.

Completely dependent on location of each house, then goes by wind maps and building code. Most have to be 2009 or newer for building code compliance. SF has been writing homes in FL since 2014

I think the changes in law they made last session will help us for property insurance. Now they need to do the same for auto but the trial lawyers will kill it in senate
