Starter or battery?

Attempts to start but then clicks...what throws me is it seems all electrical has all power. Maybe just not enough juice to crank? Thinking weak battery.

Also have your alternator checked as it may not be charging.

The clicking sound is the rotator spliff gone bad. Mine went out last month. $30 at autozone and if you're even a little handy you can change it yourself.

Had the same thing happen to me a couple weeks ago. after 4-5 attempts after it clicked every time, it would finally start up. Replaced plugs and wires and it's fine now.

Remember, when putting on jumper cables, it's red on negative and black on positive.

Go buy a new battery if it's over 3-4 years old. You may have bad cells in it that don't provide enough cranking amps.
Also make sure your connections are good, tight and clean.

First cold snaps of the season always gives away a battery near the end of its life cycle. Batteries are rated in CA and CCA. Cold cranking amps.
