Smoked thirty years and dipped about 12 years. Zyn user for a week and it’s been an easy transition.

My dad was a career smoker, and so was his father. It cost them both.
I guess bc of that and the fact that I played sports (high school, community college, city league stuff, nothing serious), I just never took it up, except for left-handed cigarettes.

I get ON 8 mg citrus. Was 3 for 7 @circlek now 3 for about 14/15 bucks. Smaller and stronger than some of the others. The bigger pouches and I'll start wanting to chew em like gum. Well not chew but move around too much.
There is still a few brands I haven't tried. Would like to know if anybody uses anything other than zyn

I prefer On! They're cheaper and smaller and as you said come in 2,4,8mg. I've been on them for about a year and it was a very easy transition from cigarettes.

I can’t stand the texture of the zyn so I use the ONs. They taste better too.
