what makes this judge's actions even more mind blowing is the prick clearly has no remorse as he continually blamed the culture of drinking and sex at Stanford for his actions.

this is like that little fricker who got away w/killing people while driving drunk w/his affluenza defense.

dollars to donuts if people dig deep this judge will have some sort of financial connection to this thug's family.

Because she drank too much. Doesn't give some twerp the right to stick his fingers in her and jizz his pants. (Which is what happened).

This is what people don't want to talk about. The rapist needs appropriate punishment, but she put herself into a dangerous situation. She needs to quit all that whining and remember she was very irresponsible. It's mind boggling how careless most women are.

No, that's where he brought her. The alcohol didn't bring her behind the dumpster and then put it's fingers in her snatch while she was out of it. That was Brock Turner that did that.

urner, who is from Dayton, Ohio, was arrested on the Palo Alto campus on 18 January 2015 after two Stanford graduate students spotted him lying on top of the victim outside of a Kappa Alpha party behind a dumpster. When officers arrived, the woman, who is not a Stanford student, was “completely unresponsive” and partially clothed, with a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit, according to police.

The two witnesses who were biking past that evening said they saw Turner “thrusting” on top of the motionless woman and that they intervened and held him until police showed up.

Turner, who had a blood-alcohol level that was twice the legal limit, testified in court that he could walk and talk at the time and acknowledged that the victim was “very drunk”. He claimed that he did not intend to rape the woman and that the encounter was consensual.

The Facebook page Brock Turner for the 2016 Olympics is some great reading.

Edit: it's gotta be a troll page. "If she moistened the mitt, you must acquit". Wow.

My God you're a piece of shite, Fernando. Because she got drunk she deserved to be raped? You sound like you'd be right at home in Saudi Arabia where women are forced to be covered from head to toe, lest men be tempted by them. Amazing how you don't-tread-on-me types start to sound just like Sharia law when it comes to women's issues.

lol ... hope all these guys who think she's irresponsible or should quit whining have daughters ... women get raped even when they're not drinking ... no female should have to worry about getting raped, ever ... maybe women should just have permanent bodyguards so even when they don't drink, they won't be raped ...

Supposedly one of grad students who found her was so disturbed by what he had seen that he straight up start bawling to the cops. Also, they had to clean dirt and twigs out of her at the hospital thanks to BMOC.

But hold up it must be her fault for being there

Liberal Judges are the suck

Yep just Liberal judges

Like the Republican who gave a kid a reduced sentence BC you know.... afluenza

quote:

Jean Hudson Boyd is a retired judge in the United States of America who served as the Presiding Judge of Texas' 323rd District Court.[1] The 323rd District Court serves Tarrant County, Texas as its juvenile court. Boyd, a Republican, assumed office in 1995,[1] but is known for her controversial[7] 2013 probation sentencing of Ethan Couch, a sixteen-year-old who killed four people and injured eleven while driving drunk.
quote:

After accepting his guilty plea, Boyd sentenced Couch to ten years probation for his crimes, and also ordered him confined to a rehabilitation facility for treatment.

In 2004, the same judge sentenced a 16 year old kid from a poor family to 20 years for killing one person while drunk driving.

But please carry-on with your political blindness

The victim needs to hunt this POS down and go Bobbitt on him. Then point out her youth and lack of previous legal trouble as a defense.
