If you really want to know how it affected her, you can read the letter she wrote for the sentencing hearing. LINK

Guys doing 25 to life for drugs and this rapist gets a slap on the wrist. The system is ridiculously fricked.

So...? You seem to be implying that because she was unconscious there cannot be any harm done or distress caused.

I'm not sure what you're implying here.

It is one thing to get drunk and hook up. That's vastly different than getting drunk and raped though.

He raped her no doubt, but how traumatic could it possibly be?

If you were in a wreck and didn't remember any of it, how traumatic could that event be?

Well by this logic then unless he witnessed it, no father should ever be traumatized by his daughter's rape.

Now you're twisting shite... The chick said how traumatic the event was, yet she didn't even know that it was going on... Sentence was appropriate.

but she put herself into a dangerous situation. She needs to quit all that whining and remember she was very irresponsible. It's mind boggling how careless most women are.

In 2016, women should be able to get drunk without being raped.

This is what people don't want to talk about. The rapist needs appropriate punishment, but she put herself into a dangerous situation. She needs to quit all that whining and remember she was very irresponsible. It's mind boggling how careless most women are.

This is fricking stupid.

Someone already mentioned it in this thread, but imagine if you drank too much, passed out, and Rex shoved a 4" wide post up your arse for two hours. If you woke up the next morning and we told you about it, would you just shrug it off nonchalantly since you didn't know it was happening?

I wouldn't be traumatized... I'd probably think, wow, he raped me, good thing that I don't remember any of it, other than this sore arse

I highly doubt that, but even still, that vast majority of people are going to have a much more severe reaction.
