What about the Denmark study that says much of the same thing. I remember you said you want us to be Denmark, but with multiculturalism and unfettered immigration.

No that is not what I said.

Also dentists wear them.
Some dentists wear them, also what they are aerosolizing is such that basic surgical masks do help. What they don't stop are much smaller particles that generally bypass the filter media.

But to argue their long term health consequences is another. Your study says it's dangerous. So I would think that'd apply to traditional uses of masks as well. But I'm genuinely asking because I could be wrong
You keep saying this and then ignore the fact that a dental assistant wearing a mask for 20 minutes while they clean a patient’s teeth, then removing it for at least that long before starting on the next patient, and changing out for a new clean masks each time is in no way comparable to people wearing masks for consecutive hours and reusing that same mask for several days if not longer.

What about a surgeon wearing the mask for a 24 hour surgery?

Problem is the vast majority of people that wear masks are wearing those thin cloth masks yet they’re told it’s good enough.
An example, all the protests last year in which people were gathered shoulder to shoulder and yelling. But since they were wearing masks (mostly non-N95s), it was said it was all good. This was excused by the same politicians and health officials that otherwise claimed to support science.
Many people pick and choose when they want to believe something.

there's been plenty, but this is the response to every single one.
Gfy

Lets stop calling this a study. This is a single author selectove review of literature in a lesser known medical journal with an unknown peer review process. This is poor quality medical evidence and should not be used to base any policy recommendations.

The best source I’ve seen was from the CDC which stated masks were something like 1-1.5% more effective than not wearing one.

Surprised Stanford is allowed to release the results of such a study.
Stanford isn't as weird as the Ivy Leagues. Their research on this issue has been independent throughout the last year.
While the student body there is probably as loony as they come, there are a couple of schools at Stanford (the Hoover Institute for example)

Have they been performing 24 hour surgeries every day for the last 12 months?

I didn't ignore anything. I was asking what was causing the dangers because if it was simply the masks themselves then that would mean those that wore them for their job were also at risk. If the argument is improper mask use has these consequences (Which it seems to be) then I understand the premise of the argument better

OK, so your answer is the tin foil hat.

How can a mask cause diabetes??

Oh, so you want to talk about “poor quality evidence” not being used to make policy?
Let’s start that discussion with the 4% death rate and millions dead by summer projections and models from scientific “experts” that were the entire basis for the world shutting down more than a year ago.

Covidiots can't accept truth.
Regardless of approach, this virus is going to do what its going to do.
Lockdowns, no lockdowns. Masks, no masks. Places with strict protocols fared no better than places without.
The long term problems will be psychological.

Hey dumbass, this line doesn't work if you use it for every study that comes out.

The CDC just put out a paper showing like a 1% - 3% slowdown in cases in states with a mask mandate for some discrete ~15 day time windows. The paper is out there publicly for anyone that wants exact numbers. They also analyze the impact of restaurant bans.

Who then removes said mask and doesn't wear another one for something like four or five days as they take off work to recover from performing such a long and grueling procedure?
Yeah...still not the same thing that's going on right now. Nice try though.
