WST cleared the trees on power lines and broken power poles on Labarre between 59 and Jackson. They service a small portion of Marigny Trace and will finish in the morning.

Was told the pineland park subdivision off bigner was looking at 2 to 3 weeks, more likely 3.

Got mine back around 3:30 this afternoon in the Bush area. Kind of nice to be watching football in the A/C.

We had ours restored yesterday evening off of Soult Street, near Mandeville Middle.

Regardless, the Rouses by me finally had a 6 pack of AlphaGator so I'm enjoying my 4th right now. The window unit in my MBR works at this drunken point. Man, this is pretty good
Living large and making the best of it. Good luck friend.

Have the power envy bad.
We are in Woodstone off the West Approach. No damage in sight, but still without power. Very frustrated with the lack of information coming from Cleco.

Where are you seeing that? All I see is the dreaded ‘evaluating’. Sharp Rd…

Yep. It's fricking hot as balls in my house right now. I drove around twice today and saw no trucks working in our area and no visible line damage. I wish cleco would at least say "go frick yourself it's gonna be another week."

In Madisonville off of 22….was told directly by a lineman that we are ready for distribution from Entergy but waiting on one more cleco pole to be fixed in the morning and the substation on 22 will be fed from cleco lines and then we will be hot off that line bc cleco feeds into that substation. Didn’t know until today that cleco feeds our substation but we pay entergy.

Totally agree, we’re not asking them to do the impossible, just give us some f*cking information.

I plan to vote against every incumbent next go around. They all failed us.

Been calling Herring all week to fill up our propane tank that runs the house and generator. Started with 40%, got down to 15-20%. They sent the truck out today to fill us up….and we got power back 2 hours later! This is on Bennett Bridge in Folsom.

My biggest gripe is don’t over promise in this situation. Cleco said most of Madisonville would have power by Wednesday night. They posted that shite. Totally changed my plans based on that information. I know these guys are working hard. Why come out with that ETR? If you think Friday/Saturday then say Sunday. If you turn it on early you are a hero. Missing that schedule by days makes them look like assholes

My folks down by the river in Quail Ridge (Slidell) got their power back on a couple of hours ago. I am relieved for them. My Dad doesn't realize he's pushing 80yrs old and wants to bust out his chainsaw and do yardwork. Generator keeps the freezer and a small AC going... but with gas hard to come by... Didn't guarantee he'd be able to come in and cool down if overheated.
Those of you still waiting on power - Don't over-do it out there. Stress already has your blood pressure above normal. Everything is going to be OK... it just takes some time.

I thought I read earlier in this thread that parts of Greenleaves got power. It may have been towards the back of the subdivision.
Here it is. ETA:

Have y’all seen CCC and Riverwood? That’s where the focus should be. Those folks had their asses handed to them. Has to be the worst in the area by a wide margin.
