The city would then say sure but we are pulling your permit. New Orleans is reign events that need city permits either cancel or we will find a way to pull your permit.

They can claim it's postponed all they want. It's cancelled. Nobody's going to that shite in the middle of August.
We're gonna have to find other ways to pass the time. Personally, I'm going to watch the entirety of the Peter Jackson catalog of J.R.R. Tolkien movies. The uncut director's editions.
I figure by the time I'm done with that, we should have crested the hill on the progression of this pandemic.
