He like most conservative voices have been silenced by the PC crowd of CNN types.
I do think this trend is starting to change a bit, with reporters starting to challenge the liberal narrative.

No shite, I was accused of kidnapping a girl from a girls home while on a spring break vacation, they came in our room, searched, made us destroy all our beer, and left finding nothing. I was then and am still white. shite happens. We were polite, confused, and scared, but they shook our hands and left.
Oh, and got accused of shooting a hawk and threatened with arrest when I didnt do it. They were after little rednecks in that situation, put me in the back of the car and everything.
Annd, I was pulled over for a DWI because I was driving like a moron and ran some redlights. Got the whole nine yards on that one. It was a black cop. I was profiled, college kid, driving like a goof and lucky to be alive, but not drunk.

You can't drive a stereotypically "black" car. My friend's stops drastically decreased when he sold his dropped pickup with the "BIGTYM" plates. He still gets pulled over in his Altima. Just not nearly as frequently. Another of my friends who is white drove a stereotypically black car (older model Impala with some modifications) with tinted windows. He got pulled over on the reg too until he traded it for a 70s Vette.

2 months? Wtf?
With all of the info that has come out, I think the GJ will find that it was justifiable. I was mainly interested in the activities that started around 10pm every night.

But here's the catch to that, and I don't know the answer. Justification is a defense to be raised by the defendant(cop). In order for them to find it justifiable, it means that the prosecuting attorney will have to put on the hat of a defense attorney and would have to inject the issue of justification and present evidence of justification. I just don't know that I know of an instance where a prosecuting attorney becomes a defense attorney. Not saying he won't or that he shouldn't, just don't know that I can think of such an instance.
