40 FBI agents are on location to investigate the civil rights claim. 
Jesus do you really need 40 to ask the neighbors what happened? I'm sure all the people in the vicinity will have completely accurate and unbiased information to tell the FBI agents while participating in the riot. Holder wants this conviction bad.

Good point from analyst on CNN I didn't even think about.... Struggle for gun should be pretty easy to prove.... Browns fingerprints/DNA will be on gun.

Can one of our weekend regulars give me a quick update on the case in the last 5 or so hours? Any thing else came out? Way to much repeat chatter today going on when I left to comb through.
And as far as the protest I see we have Nelly and some ministers, and I assume Jackson is back but wasn't sure, just saw his pic. TIA

Has this been confirmed vs him attacking the officer? And if so I disagree still bc he may not have touched the gun itself right?

Yep. If he tried to touch the gun, fingerprints will be on it.

All of the stars are lining up for a complete nightmare scenario tonight of massive rioting and deaths. The emotions of both sides are now at all time highs unfortunately and the crowd is now growing and growing and growning. Looks like over 3k people right now and growing.

They told them to get the frick off the street. and drove by them then apparently they realized that they matched the APB for the cigar thief and put car in reverse and backed up fast to grab them. A struggle ensued with cop in car the deceased out of car. gun went off the deceased ran, then stopped but hands up and then either cop wasted him or he charged cop with his gun drawn and then he wasted him.
