Not True according TO BBC, they were pulled over for jay walking.
And the chief initially said the officer didn't suspect Brown and the others in the robbery. Now, they've walked that back - and one has to wonder if that is the facts firming up, or CYA - but the dispatch logs may bear that out. We'll know when the description of the suspect was put out - if the officer even had an opportunity to hear it and what he called in. Maybe it will be inconclusive, but it may support this revised position that Brown was a suspect in the robbery.
ETA: kilo? Jinx.

The dude said he was shot in the back. You are speculating that he is wrong but justifiably wrong so it doesn't conflict with the finding he is wrong?
You said no one said he was shot in the back. Except this guy.... But I understand why he could be wrong. this I am going to argue he never said it. Do I have that right?

They keep saying that the St Louis County prosecutor is biased on the news when interviewing folks but they never ask "why" or "what has he done to lead to that accusation"

Anyone have any idea what kind of radius outside of Ferguson this is affecting in STL? I have trucks going into St Louis area and dont want them delayed.

All Highways are clear and fine. Only W.Florissant and some of it's side streets is involved.
As long as your guys arent hitting w.Florissant and chambers they are good to go.

I am white professional and have no problems with cops. I have literally screamed and yelled at them multiple tines when losing my temper, without any recourse other than "Yes sir, I understand you are upset." You need to calm down sir.
However, I am not so ethnocentric that I believe that is the way everyone is treated or that I would get away with that is I was a black guy in a bad neighborhood. (Or poor white trash)
I also do not mean to suggest cops are bad guys etc. It is a shitty thankless job, particular;y in a bad neighborhood.
If you are white, think about the victim being one of son's friends down on bourbon street.
There are a lot of issues here.
Race, militarization of police force, proper police procedure, etc

We dont have the officer account yet. Saying "not true" about anything right now is reaching. We dont know what was not true. When the dispatch audio and radio traffic is released we will know more. Trying to form an opinion with out crucial facts seems like a bad idea.
The witnesses even said the cop pulled down the street a bit and then came back.
He may claim to have connected MB to the robbery kilo, but even if he does assert this, the reports for the robbery case saying they still haven't seen a suspect that matches that description at 7:00 p.m. is going to give the other side of the story the opportunity to say the cop is lying. That entry may have been inadvertent, there may be a legitimate explanation for it, but it will allow for the argument that there was no way he could have known or else 5 hours later they would not have still been entering a record saying there was still no subject matching that description.

Well, thats pretty close. shite "could" spill over into that area fairly easily.

like I said days ago. Ferguson PD needs to be shut down and NG called in. I think the entire PD will be investigated and a few officers arrested.

jennings should be perfect, just make sure to tel lthem to stay clear of W.Florissant and Chambers. If they see a sign for DellWood, go back.

I agree 100%. I wonder if the APB came over the radio right after the they told them to get the frick off the street so they backed up hard to grab him

But dispatch audio and radio traffic would trump anything on that report. I dont know. Thats what I am saying and neither does anyone else until the radio traffic is entered into the equation.
