Hypothetically:

What happens if Police Officer is on vacation and a Bull shark gets him. Do they try to tarnish his image?? Sacrifice him since he's gone?

People still protest?

jennings should be perfect, just make sure to tel lthem to stay clear of W.Florissant and Chambers. If they see a sign for DellWood, go back.

Dude, shite spilled over into Jennings the other night. Get them in and get them out during the day. Do NOT go there at night, unless it's the clear opposite side of Jennings. If at night...check to make sure there are no curfews to be aware of.

But dispatch audio and radio traffic would trump anything on that report. I dont know. Thats what I am saying and neither does anyone else until the radio traffic is entered into the equation.

I see what you're saying. If the radio traffic ID's the deceased as MB and further ID's him as the suspect in the robbery immediately, I see what you're saying. I thought you were just saying if a description of the robbery suspect went out before the shooting with no name. If the latter is the case, I think the cop will have a hard time putting that narrative forward. Or it will at least be called into question. If they have MB's name as the deceased and the robbery suspect all from the get go, I follow you though.

jennings is little different than many of its surrounding areas. I think because you get more County police officers/boeing/retired ford workers living there. It's patrolled by St.Louis County.

Not saying Jennings is Warson Woods, but Jennings is not that bad.

We do know that there was a 7th bullet that was shot into the interior of the car that was fired from inside the car. No cop would shoot his own car without a struggle.

Struggle over gun means shoot to kill. no?

I agree 100%. I wonder if the APB came over the radio right after the they told them to get the frick off the street so they backed up hard to grab him.

I think that this is the cop's version. At least per the chief's 3rd or 4th description.

And they would be completely wrong. Thats St Louis County, not Ferguson.

Anonymous has missed the target multiple times during this thing. They are dangerous and full of misinformation. Especially the wrong ID of the officer. Criminally negligent.

They'll be fine. Just check routes for any streets blocked off by cops. The crazies don't get up that early.

I think it's interesting that CNN is now reporting the radio interview the female have now that the autopsy results kinda fit.

Also, during the press conference didn't they say only questions from media but then hand picked a non media person to ask a question as a "final question". Seemed like a staged "closing argument" by the attorneys.

No. Either deadly force is justified or it isn't. There is no "shoot to do anything else" - wound, scare, etc. For cops - unless I'm mistaken - either deadly force is justified or it isn't. If it isn't, he's limited to LTL means, i.e. fisticuffs, baton, spray, taser.
