No I was asking did they have it Sunday?
They had seen it according to FPD on Saturday. STL Co apparently didn't get a warrant for the video until the following Friday.

That's a weird note.
Is that what you read it to mean though?
If so, there is no argument that this cop realized MB was their suspect if they were still looking for the suspect at 7:00. If Wilson knew MB matched the description at 2 or whatever time the shooting was, then there was no need to be looking for the subject still 5 hours later. I'm surely reading something wrong.

County PD filed for it on Friday morning. Released it same day. FOIA request and all.
Why did County file for it Friday if Ferguson already had it on the 10th?

Ferguson had a disk copy, county got the hard drive. Also, allegedly, the disk was unreadable when used on Ferguson PD computers. File type problem or something.

Read those reports because I might be reading it wrong. As I read it, Ferguson (not County) had it Sunday. Didn't/Couldn't watch it until Monday. Computer issue.
Thanks Anonymous. No idea if they were the cause but wouldn't be surprised.

When the autopsy reports comes back and find he was not shot in the back. That is when the riot is really going to start. If it does come back that way.. Not saying it will but it does look for army to be in town for awhile.

The family already knows if he was shot in the back. Wouldn't they? I'm no forensic expert, but seems to me a quick look by someone half educated in it could determine that.

The morons are going to try to claim that the cops manipulated the evidence and removed the bullets from the body. Thats why he was on the street for 4hrs. They were pulling the bullets out.
Just wait, I guarantee someone will say it.

It seems too easy to be true. But I read it like you did.

Yes, like I said earlier, when they got the body early in the week, Krump said they were having a second autopsy done.
They would have those results immediately and they haven't said shite. I have a feeling that it came back and they didn't like it. You know if there were bullets in his back, their lawyers would be out screaming for an immediate arrest.

Agreed.

In my opinion, if the facts, behind the scenes, were totally falling in place for the family's story the rhetoric would not be as strong. Just my observation. Im not saying one way or the other.

Agreed.
I initially thought there was no way that the officer could be justified in all of the additional shots after the initial one from within the car.
However, lots of bits of info have come out and I am really thinking that the DA doesn't get a true bill from the grand jury, if he even takes it to them.
shite is going to hit the fan.

That is what I'm waiting for. Just like in the Travon case the media only use young innocent little boy pics, and then all of the sudden BOOM, he is 6'4" 300+ beating up akbu getting him some blunts. Forensics will prove this case one way or the other. Hate to say it, but the family is looking for a payday.

Couldn't you see a grand jury passing it along though? Letting it go to trial and putting it in the hands of a jury?

yes, and i pray to god the officer gets Mark O Mara as his defense.

Will they have to sacrifice this cop to keep the whole country from rioting?

Unfortunately, yes.... However, I hope that they would take their jobs seriously and not let emotions play into the facts.
If this case went forward, it will immediately be moved to another venue and then if/when he is acquitted, you will hear "Why didn't the people of the city get to be on the jury"
