But seeing the surrender hands in protesting seems crazy to me. That seems like one of the most unlikely scenarios in this whole matter, yet that's what they've latched onto

There's videos out there if this exact thing happening before. I don't know why people claim it's impossible.

Have they tried to burn down your house in response?

No. But something tells me they've defied it.

I hope the business owners that called 911 and nobody came sue the city.

They'll lose. Police don't have to protect or serve anyone. That's just for the logos and bumper stickers.

If the second hand audio and info that has been leaking is true it is leaning more and more to that being the case.
Can someone please link to audio? Or are you referring to the cell phone recording (which I've seen)?

What's the story here?
Someone changed the tinting on that second picture. He's wearing striped socks. Same socks in first picture and second.

sue the city.

It would be the state, who was in charge.

Speaking of suing the city or county though...has anyone seen any reports of Ferguson or County refusing to lend assistance last night? I had caught wind of just local rumor of it but haven't seen anything to verify it, so take it for what it's worth.

The decision not to protect businesses last night was explained in the following fashion: If police had lined up in front of businesses, it would have attracted protestors all long them, probably provoked more confrontation, and led to more conflict, at which some point the police would have either had to fight it out or leave, at which point they would have again been unprotected.

Someone will post the link... Its a guy videoing a few min after the shooting.

You can hear 2 different people in the background talking and from what they are saying, Brown was coming at the officer as he was shot... They say stuff like "He just kept coming"

We laugh, but they go to court to make sure they don't have to protect or serve and they win those cases.

Most politicians within the 270 perimeter are. It's a big part of the problem.

I've seen that debated Paige, but Johnson admitting it was Brown tells me it is. Pics could be poor quality. Maybe he did change. Maybe the pics been messed with. Who knows.

I think there would be a gray area there... State is in charge of the protest control, does city completely give up responding to 911 calls

So are the city cops basically on a paid vacation right now?

Seriously. The family and the lawyer even confirmed it was him. Only drooling morons with baboon brains are trying to say that he wasn't the person in the Video assaulting the Indian Leprechaun.

Look back at the photos... He is only wearing socks in the second pic and is wearing socks and sandals in the first pic. He lost his sandals while running.

Socks are 100% the same.

I have sat here trying to come up with one reason why I would disagree.

I can't come up with one.
