nope, most cops have no vests on, let alone armor. Many, especially the sgt,lt,cap,etc are just wearing their normal white shirts.

Just flipped to fox and they are interviewing Ferguson Police Chief.... He doesn't understand why the Gov took their toys and war games away from them.

Really is amazing how 100's of cops in full riot gear and tanks creates complete upheaval. Tonight, really, only took one cop and relatively speaking, order is restored.
