I saw a couple arguing over whether to get steaks or crab with their card. I shite you not. Meanwhile, I work 40 hours a week and go to school and can barely make ends meet and I'm relegated to ramen noodles. Must be fricking nice is all I gotta say.

My thing is the police had been parading around in riot gear with German Shepards and tanks since yesterday but now when it's time to actually act they've apparently shite the bed?
We haven't had "riots" in the US since the 90's right? I find it hard to believe this situation couldn't have been deescalated earlier
