The same 4 or 5 every night that find fault in everything the cops do but refuse to see what's bringing the cops out there.
If the cops stage up somewhere and a group gets out of control and destroys a city block and bystanders are hurt they will scream about the pussy arse cops not doing anything. If the cops show up with a show of force in an attempt to be able to control anything that goes bad they are instigators.
These " Curious Georges on red bulls" have made their point. I don't understand what they expect to get by doing this day after day.

Look, my point is that a lot of these situations aren't nearly as black and white as people make them. Hindsight makes it easy to be so critical, but I'm not sure there is an easy fix.
