Ok, someone educate me. I thought a DA only presents evidence to a grand jury if they believed there was sufficient evidence to warrant charges being filed. Does it automatically go to a grand jury if there is an officer related shooting? From Big Time Bob's presser, he said it was going to a grand jury. Just not following.
