Yeah dispatcher told City Cops that there was another officer shooting and the City cop was like damn, here comes more BS.
He was bitching because a guy took off from them ,and with no copter(using it in Ferguson), and him in a sports car, he gone!

I am wondering if it wasn't one of the drive by suspects as they were chasing them at one point in time

one can only hope.

Is it more believable that a cop rolls up on two young men in the street and murders one in cold blood, or is it more believable that a young man with a rap sheet attacks a cop in some manner that justifies deadly force?
Neither of these scenarios are being discussed by anyone seriously trying to have a debate on this issue, as it's highly unlikely that either is what actually occurred. So once again, how is this relevant?
It's not relevant. It's you using specific words and phrases to frame the context of the scenarios to fit the narrative you are pushing. The delivery of saying the cop murdered the teen is much worse sounding than the cop shot the kid as he was running away with his hands up after an initial confrontation.
As for the rest of your post, nobody here is talking in terms of what lawyers will say to prove or disprove something in court. People in this thread are making guesses on what they think actually happened, some more educated than others. So yes, whether or not brown had priors is not relevant at this point. Even if true, just because he had prior run ins does not mean he's automatically at fault here. Surely, in a hypothetical future run in you have with police you wouldn't want to be automatically assumed guilty because of your prior experience with a dirty cop.
And I'll offer this to think about as well. If Brown did in fact have priors and the cop knew this, isn't it highly likely the cop would treat him more belligerently from the beginning now than if he hadn't?

If someone is breaking into my house and I'm there, they will be gone before the police arrive. And how that situation plays out will have almost nothing to do with their existence. Ask a cop. He'll tell you the same thing.
True. Arming yourself and self-protection is a far cry from the anti-police shite I'm reading from some here.
Of course, I've never been in the crosshairs of the police, so maybe my perspective is skewed.

I haven't either. But stuff is changing.

I'm just saying, if the cop was justified in his shooting, why haven't the police released his name? Its been past 72 hours

Is that from the other day? I thought it was on a busier street than that

It's just the street running by the apartments. It's not a thoroughfare.

Do they carry big white sheets in their cars?

That was the conversation. Whether he had a rap sheet or not is certainly relevant when discussing what is more likely.
If the cop is charged with some sort of crime, you can bet your arse his defense will bring up Michael Brown's past, including any criminal convictions. I believe that makes it relevant, particularly if the evidence is scarce.
HOWEVER, it appears that Brown does not have any adult criminal history.
Exactly. If Brown has a rap sheet everything else won't matter in the court of public opinion.
If he's clean - really clean without some expunged record - then things (on the surface) look bad for the cop.

Another officer involved shooting tonight. Less looting. Some standard STL violence.

updates on the Reddit feed are becoming few and far in between. guess that'll wrap it up for tonight.
