very fine line.

Most people won't speak the truth because they are afraid of being labeled a racist. If you think that that honest black people are out doing this shite then you are crazy. It's POS bitches that are looking to capitalize on the situation at hand.

Deep six those sorry POS motherfrickers. Let those who want to live in a civilized society move on.

Without a doubt it possible.

And the exact same can be said about the guy who got shot

If we are going to be logical we can't discount one or the other.

No, you're not racist either. White kids never play in the street.

Or I understand that some situations are kept peaceful in the way in which you approach them.

What pisses most people off is the actions many have taken to protest what one cop did.

Yeah. And I haven't argued with any one about calling out looters or those promoting violence. in fact, I applauded the only person in here posting links of the peaceful protests as others told him to GTFO.

Why can't you understand I have already noted that? You have a predisposition that really limits your perspective. Maybe you need it to believe in your job, I don't know. But the police shite is going to change. One way or another. Either the police will change or the citizens will change it for them. I don't say that as a threat. It's just an observation.

And I made that observation months ago.

What don't you understand?

Your post began with it being a matter of intelligence.

Then you go on to say everyone knows not all copse are the most intelligent people.

The rest of the post is dedicated to how civilians are supposed to react to those few unintelligent cops doing unintelligent things. But what happens when the civilian is even less intelligent than the cop?

No I'm questioning the reason to stop him. None of this would have happened if the cop hadn't have stopped him. That was the escalation point IMO

Or maybe, just maybe it was when he decided to fight with a police officer.

After listening to the witness' second re telling of the story, some holes are beginning to develop. I can objectively admit that through my overall dislike of the current state of policing in the US. Come join me in rational land where we don't determine everything by who we identify with the most.

I have a hard time believing a dude gets shot by a cop for carrying an air soft rifle in WalMart that they sell there. I have a hard time believing a 90 year old guy needs to be disarmed of his butter knife with a beanbag shotgun. I have a hard time believing a chokehold is an acceptable means of arresting people. But that shite happens all the time. All the time.

All tragic events. All unnecessary. All MUCH more believable than a cop shooting a kid for walking in the street.

That is all you've provided thus far. Kid is walking in street. Cop engages kid with order to get out of street. Kid gets shot. That is how you believe it happened?

I really think it's closer to the witness story. Officer has a power trip. He tries to open the door, it bangs against the kid and bounces back. Officer re opens with door with gun drawn grabs kid and fires. Kid spins and runs with hands up and officer fires more rounds. I really think that's what happened. Nothing that has been reported makes me believe that this kid did anything wrong. The stolen property was debunked. The struggle for the gun doesn't seem accurate in most witness retellings.

Anything else is bullshite invented to fit a story.

So you're saying the two witnesses - one that was not apparently involved - that gave personal accounts to major media outlets and the police made it up to fit a story? Because I know that they gave those accounts.

I've been here for 2 frickin days, you want to know what my agenda is. Some, not all, but some cops need to calm the frick down and quit thinking they are billy bad arse with a badge, and to treat all people with a little frickin respect.
