E. is not a fair choice. There is a HUGE difference between what you posted, and a tattoo across the front of the neck.
I would seperate them and make a category for "back of neck" and " throat/face"

I honestly don't understand why you would take the one natural work of art that effects people in a way that nothing else in the world does and deface it in any way. You can't aesthetically improve upon a beautiful female body, especially not with (usually) poorly rendered cartoon art.
