I thought I remembered reading the 1980 is what market research people and demographers use for defining millennials.

Really need an in between for like 1982-1990 births. As someone mentioned, being a kid/teen during the rise of the internet and cell phone means we've got totally different perspectives from most millennials.

I'm X as well.

The bad thing for us is that we went into workplaces dominated by boomer culture. We have our time for just a bit only to now have the culture being overrun by millennials.
