I keep seeing 1976 as the cutoff birth year for being a Gen-Xer. I was born in June of 1977, and I am in no effing way a Millennial! Gen-X all the way!!!!!!!!!

What year were you born, and which group would you claim to belong to?

The whining from personas on the cusp is a very millennial thing to do, so you're a millennial. Deal with it.

1982 is the cut-off I've always gone by. Basically if you could get a boner before Magic made his announcement and if you were in school when the Challenger exploded and if you lost your virginity before 9/11, you're X, not Mill.

Me: X

ETA: If you drove or worked before you had the internet, that's very Gen-X. Think about how different you are from people who had the internet before they drove or worked.

Definitely a Millennial, but have a lot in common with Gen-X just due to where I grew up.

I still think having home Internet before college was a giant cultural difference in the 2 generations... Same with cell phones.

Had my first regular Internet usage on AOL during freshman year at lsu in 99. Got first cellohone my Junior year of lsu.
