The main reasons that I work out are to be a more capable man and to feel good. IDGAF that my torso is short.

Exact opposite for me. Short legs. Loooooong torso. And the funniest part... John jones is 4 inches taller than me and is known for having a freakishly long reach. His reach is only 2 inches longer than mine

Feed a denisovan some boudin, thats what I look like.

I just accept it and move on.

Imagine if you were really short and worked out a ton, it would be like putting lipstick on a pig

Would you rather ne 6'1 and 30lbs over weight

or

Physically fit and 5'3.?

In order to be great at anything, you have to be consistent first.

Show me the man that has invested 1000 hours in anything and I will show you results.

It’s easy to be great today, problem is most people aren’t willing to work for it.

I like jacking heavy arse weight, but I also like pizza and whiskey. How you look is 90% diet and I have run out of people to impress with that.

I see plenty guys at the gym that are ripped but have big pot bellies, or short squatty guys. Alot of short man syndrome at the gym.

Why did you go immediately to thinking about men?

Probably because they make it look so fun.

You can't change your body type, but hats off to anyone who tries to max out what they're working with.

Some people define working out all their lives as they went for 1 week in 2015, then 2 months total in 2017, and maybe 6 months in 2020 and though about it in 2021..etc.

Do you know anyone who obviously spends time doing some physical fitness activity and still has a goofy looking body?

I do, because of the rods or whatever they stuck in my back for fusion/laminectomy. I look like the hunchback of Notre Dame.
