Eating nuts regularly could improve sperm health, a study suggests.

Men who ate about two handfuls of mixed almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts daily for 14 weeks improved their sperm count and had more viable "swimmers", scientists found.

The study comes amid a decline in sperm counts across the Western world, linked to pollution, smoking and diet.

Well, I recently added nuts to my diet but I don't want my sperm count up. That's why I wear briefs and not boxers. Not getting laid anyway so guess it doesn't really matter.

Is there anything you can eat to make them less likely to fertilize? Asking for a friend who can't fricking stand kids.

Not that anyone here cares, but eating nuts increases sperm count because nuts are high in zinc and monounsaturated fat. Both of which boost T levels. The increased sperm count may be an unwanted side effect, but a diet high in healthy fat is important for men (and women).

I read an article that said papaya seeds make you pretty much infertile. Best part is, it comes back within about 6 months of not taking them
