Kelsey Grammer’s actress daughter Spencer was slashed at an East Village restaurant Friday night when the “Rick and Morty” voiceover star and a pal tried to diffuse a heated argument outside, sources told The Post Saturday.
The mayhem erupted at around 11:30 p.m at The Black Ant on Second Ave. when a man, who appeared drunk, tried to get a table but was rebuffed because the restaurant was about to close — sending him into a unhinged tailspin, bystanders said.
The angry man began fighting with employees — and several customers, including Grammer and her dinner partner — jumped up from their dinners to help.
“Everyone jumped out of their seats. About 15 people maybe. Everyone was trying to pull them apart,” a witness who said his first name is David told The Post. “It looked like there was a full on brawl.”
Black Ant diners Grammer, 36, and her companion, Jan Phillip Mueller, 31, were among those who joined the fray, the sources said.
In the chaos, the man slashed Grammer, 36, in the right forearm, and Mueller in the back. They were taken to Bellevue Hospital, where they were treated for their injuries and released, police said.
Grammer's family has seen more than it's fair share of violence - one of the reason's Grammer is a strong supporter of capital punishment. His daughter survived this attack.

The babysitter thing is no bueno, but I don't see the issue with looking for love and having children if you can support the kids emotionally and financially

They interviewed Kelsey Grammer a while back on his life before Cheers and the big NBC contracts....He was apparently a bus boy at a popular steak house in Los Angeles. He claimed that he was so broke that he'd eat leftover food off of other people's plates.
Between that and his family members being murdered, I'm amazed Grammer didn't have more issues when he was younger than he actually did.

He's seen some dark days in the past. I'm not surprised that he's got some psychological baggage after his sister and father being murdered.
