He found the drives in her purse when she got drunk last night and made copies. I had to talk him down from confronting her and get his plan together with his lawyer to get her out of the house and be done with it.
Good job baw.

Hoping other baws can avoid this kinda thing in the future. I get what you are saying but some good advice comes from this place with people that have had similar stuff happen. Not like I am giving names and shite. He doesn’t even live in the South.

The terms of the divorce are unlikely to be affected by her misconduct (ETA except maybe for blackmail? Still a crime if you can prove it).
Getting everything "in his name" won't make a difference, either, unless he tries to expropriate / hide assets, in which case that'll backfire on him.
He needs to move fast and do things by the book. The only possible advantage here is surprise. The law stopped penalizing skankiness about 5 minutes after the 19th Amendment was ratified.

With her, I think it is about keeping business (and getting off on the control).
However, when my baw takes away her house and funds...a desperate woman is dangerous.
Agree..don’t date sales reps.

You can't do this. (I mean, you can, but expect a pissed-off judge.)

Yep. He knows this. I told him element of surprise is his best asset.
The names off assets things was more to keep her from cleaning him out in the middle of the night.

He should definitely post the audio. Then share it with the OT. That will show her.

Oh. Well there is a certain wisdom to that for sure.

If you have never found yourself sleeping and married with the enemy, some baws on here could probably share some lessons learned the hard way. The system works against you in almost every way.

Apparently, she gets off on the cheating but is using the audio to blackmail those men if needed. Allegedly, it turns out she did this with her past boss and this is what he thought he caught her in before but had no real proof.
This is illegal. If she really engaged in blackmail, he needs to contact law enforcement.
You also probably need to delete that part, but I suspect you just retold an old Playboy article from your youth, and none of this is true.

He needs a men's rights attorney, and with the quickness. Most divorce attorneys, and especially if they're women, will naturally take the bitch's side, regardless if she fricked half of Central Ohio. My FiL had his whore wife DTR on everything, but his female attorney screwed him over. He lost millions to someone who was clearly cheating on him, and had embezzled money from him in the process.
He needs to carefully, and quietly, research men's divorce attorneys. The law is 85% against him. This is his only chance to keep as much of his assets as possible.

When I worked on the road female sales reps were the easiest sluts out there. Just troll through the hotel bar and one could usually find a companion for the night.

I know he can’t help himself from listening to all of them.
He asked whether he should tell any of the dudes he thinks he knows. I kindly reminded him those dudes were fricking your wife..no.

Haven’t thought about Playboy articles in a while. Baw is old.
Nope..sadly it’s true.
I told him it is illegal what she is doing and he was going to ask his attorney about his legal obligations.

Buuuuuuullll shite. You just have to do it smart.
I opened a safe deposit box near an out of town meat market I liked to buy from.
Every time I went I'd split charges between two purchases and do cash back on both.
Buy and deposit. Once a week... For two years. I bought firearms and put them in other people's safes. I DRAINED all liquidity until the only thing we owned was inherited property and our cars.
You have to plan it.
