Obviously, that would be the responsibility of the passengers and any damage caused should be the responsibility of that passenger. To date, Rattles has never caused me or my fellow passengers any trouble.

If someone need a service animal for their emotion well being, chances are, that service animal needs a service human for IT'S emotional well being, just for having to put up with some dolt who needs a dog 24/7 for his/her "emotional" well being.
That doesn't include actual service animals and diabetic dogs or animals for autistic kids and what not. Just the ones you carry with you so that you "feel" better about yourself.

Honestly she should know the airlines policies when she decided to buy a ticket. Since SWA clearly allows people to purchase a pet ticket (usually $100-$125 per ticket) she should know to maybe avoid flying SWA. This is a corporation that does not hide the fact that anyone can bring their pet into the cabin providing they fit into a defined carrier and can turn around inside the carrier. If she didn't know that or bothered to do any research before she purchased a ticket then that is on her.
Now better question is would she (or anyone else) still claim to be deathly allergic if it was a person who was blind/visually impaired and had brought their service animal on the flight?

Adam Carolla actually has a lot of good rants about his very subject and I agree with him. Most people who take these "emotional support animals" are fragile, SJW types. If you don't want the airlines to handle your pet flying then board it.
