I don't believe this to be the case at all. It's pretty well known that Southwest customers are as loyal as it gets.

Southwest prices keep going up and just about every plane is filled to capacity.

I wouldn't mind some cheaper tickets and space onboard.

If yesterday taught me anything it's that the Southwest staff is professional and well-trained to handle these situations that will eventually arise. I'll gladly continue to fly with them.

I plan on flying Southwest for a trip in December. Hope that booking window opens when prices are still low to make up for all this bad press.
