I'd rather play in the middle of a tornado than have to reschedule this match.

If you don't already own two or three Gopros, do us all favor and purchase a few. Record that shite. I wanna see tennis rackets, Stanley tumblers, and at least one Yeti cooler tangled up in the net with you all fighting to untangle it so Joanne and Tracy can play the match point.

So how does the radar look like a big line of storms is coming through but we have no rain in the forecast in south LA?

Nebulous? Someone got themselves a word-a-day calendar for Christmas and is putting it to good use.

Sure whatever. I sure as hell don't worry about bad tornadoes in my area, when the conditions just aren't there, and I sure as hell won't stay glued to the TV weatherman.

. There's genuine PTSD, earned the hard way over the past nearly 50 years, in that area. That shite doesn't just go away for some people once they've lived it.

That's funny that you mention that. I have an aunt who survived a direct hit by that big sumbich April, 3-4, 1974, lying in a ditch by Pepper Road near East Limestone. It was a killer. She doesn't get worried about weather around here either.
She remembers how it felt that day too.

I just wish there was more good localized weather. All of the info we get here is from Birmingham. That's 60 miles away and they cover an area so big, they have to generalize.
If we had a good local weatherman, he could tell people, "hey it's been raining all day the temperature is in the mid 60s, there aint much to worry about, but down to the south where it aint been rainin all day, and it's in the 70s, them folks need to be aware.

99% of the time, whatever weather forecast Birmingham has, you will have.
For the 1% it's different, they are pretty good about pointing that out.
And FTR, the weather office is located in Shelby County at the airport, which is probably 30 miles from downtown Birmingham.

I'm hesitant to respond to anymore of your trolling but just bc one person avoids having after effects doesn't mean everyone will

It doesn't matter though, you are full of shite and/or an idiot troll

I'm sure if it made any economic sense at all your dream of a weatherman for every individual neighborhood would become reality!!
