also if something happens to a child or they get sick it would be nice to have a way to contact the parents.

Hoping that’s a good sign for you. We went from deathly still to 75 mph gusts within a minute.

Gradient winds are intense, away from the storms.

The gradients after it came through have been pretty wild, power has gone off for a a few seconds a couple times but doesn't seem to be damaging anything

That was fricking intense, baws! Got at least one tree down. Power blinked twice, but came back on.
