It’s panic mode here. I get I’m in the high threat, but get a grip people.

Well I can't really blame people from Mayfield and around it for being on edge about storms

Good news. Thanks. He has dinner in Springfield and will drive back to Bentonville tonight and hopefully fly back to DFW tomorrow. Hate when he travels in April. Seems like there’s always a tornado here or where he is while he’s gone

UPS just cancelled their third shift sort at World Hub (Louisville). They haven’t done that in awhile. Anticipating hail is my understanding.

Sky just got dark with a quickness here in Germantown, TN in Memphis suburbs. Currently pouring.

Update: Sky cleared for a few minutes then another line rolled in and now getting some pea-size hail

I'm in Poplar Bluff MO. We've had businesses shutting down early, schools either cancelled or let out early. We just got hit with a tornado a few weeks ago. Gonna be a fun next couple hours.

Local forecast shows DFW with just an enhanced risk of golf ball sized hail and winds up to 60 mph between 3:00 - 9:00 am. East of us looks like the danger zone this evening and overnight. Good luck to everyone there

Wow those discrete cells in eastern Arkansas.

This is starting to look like a nasty setup

Lightning struck the house directly across the street from my moms house in Olive branch, MS and it currently has flames coming out of the attic

I think my moms house will be fine but fire department is going to go ahead and spray it down with water just to be sure

Some others probably know better than me but isn't it pretty rare for lightning to set shite on fire when it hits? Usually just fries electronics

House in our neighborhood burned the entire upper floor last year after being struck. Neighborhood over burned last month. Fire trucks were going crazy earlier this week after the storm. Seems every time we have a storm with heavy lightening there’s a house fire.
