No bites yet... been trying for a while, but it's not really the right timing for the LSU crowd. Yes we are moving and yes we are staying in BR. Just time for an upgrade and I'd rather the equity than dealing with renters.

I talked with him when he ran for mayor and he's an interesting guy that was running mainly because he was being challenged on this issue. He at the heart of the matter believes that it's his property and he should be allowed to do what he feels with said property.. Now if he goes down this route, I'll be pissed and will do everything I can to make him realize that this is a poor decision.. I'm vested in the area and I'm not gonna let him or the other big landlord ruin my value out of spite.
