Finally, why the hell would there be less Latinos now than then? You sure you just didn't get drunk and woke in some random area of town.
His scientific testing concluded that the Latino population in Miami has decreased at least 10% since 2003. Seems legit

Lol, Miami is fricking terrible. I question anyone that enjoys that town

was very disappointed to say the least. More bums than any other city I've been to, smells worse than any other city I've been to, and there are a lot of old men, mainly white, trying way to hard with ugly hispanic women.

I really enjoy the Ft. Lauderdale and Hollywood area more. Clean, reasonably priced, and family friendly. The boardwalk in Hollywood and the beach are fun.

My demographic breakdown was just talking ocean drive on a random weekend. From 5th to 17th street.
It's not all about percentages either. Whites are whites and unremarkable either way now or then. The black demographic has changed though. Then it was good looking athletic black dudes and fine arse black women as the vast majority. Good looking ones are still there. But also now is a larger contigent not good looking, sagging pants, tatted up, bad hair, scraggly looking. Along with some overweight women talking some terrible slang that includes fbombs, ho, bitch, and n****, ever other word.
The good looking black athletic type attracts hot women like a magnet here, that's great. The contigent I just described makes many uncomfortable and they go elsewhere (partly because they are gold diggers, but whatever).
Anyway those are my observations over the years as far as sobe goes. It's ok and certain places are still like the image sobe tries to portray. Overall though, sobe used to be about just show up on ocean drive, stop and stare and marvel at all the models, athletes, celebs, and beautiful people. Those days are gone.

That vid brought back some memories and that is just a random unremarkable 10 minutes in early november. I may even be in it.
Holiday weekends and summer weekends on that terrace back then were so much fun.

Last time I was in S. Beach Miami/Dade was in the Navy circa '92 cleaning up after Hurricane Andrew. Felt like I was in a foreign country. Most of the billboards and signs were in spanish. Obviously it's not gotten better.

You have to take a thug training course before they let you in. And narcissists only, please.

I do not know of any Spanish billboards. I don't speak a lick of Spanish and have never had any difficultly at all in south florida.

Perhaps they have learned English since 92, but back then you would be much better off if you know Spanish or Latin American Spanish to get around in Miami/Dade.

Well, that was 23 years ago.
