"Sounds good"

Anybody else noticing the proliferation of the use of this phrase in email? A lot of times I see it used when it's obvious that it sounds good or no response is really required at all.

Hit em with the "sounds good", and if they reply with a bit of additional info, hit em with the "good deal" so as not to be repetitive
