They can do that inside. They are doing it publicly to be seen and to let you know they intend to take over. They will be gathering in streets with groups of50-100 before long.

About 7 I went to Albasha on Severn to pick up food. In the parking lot of that strip shopping center there were 8 or 10 ( didn’t get an exact count) dudes with prayer rugs on their knees facing East I guess praying to Allah.

I guess signs of the times.

You went to a Lebanese restaurant during Ramadan.

That would be like someone posting on goatdroppings how odd it was they saw a bunch of people drinking and cooking jambalaya on an October Saturday while they were were trying to get to the Lockett building

Didn’t know there was a lesbian restaurant in Metairie.

Were there some older ladies there named Rose, Blanche, Dorothy, and Sofia.

You realize the Lebanese who immigrated to Louisiana were Christian, right?

Lebanon was a Christian nation before Hezbollah started a civil war in the 1980s.

I’d suggest reading up on the Lebanese Civil War.

If you watched the show you would know those ladies definitely were not lesbians!

I know but there is a scene where Blanche thinks Lesbian means Lebanese and thinks Danny Thomas is one.

Then there is another episode where Rose as a TV producer has to find people that live together of the same sex and take care of one another. So she asks Dorothy and Blanche to come on the show, and they get labeled as a lesbians as they find out the topic minutes before taping to save Roses job. Sofia gets to ask Dorothy a question about how would her parents react to her lifestyle, she rebuts and tells her that she will have to ask her after she visits her at the “home.” Which Sofia knows that is code for no further questions or she will be headed back to Shady Pines.

That distinction belongs to Manhattan Blvd and Lapalco in Harvey. Lots of Palestinians in that part of the Westbank.

I saw it once in the Denver airport about 15 years ago. Rug, shawl and all.
