I just wonder if their fraud department is even going to both to call Entergy and ask who's "light bill" was paid here?

What info are we supposed to use to assist you in finding this thief? The pin drop is Entergy's downtown building.

I was wondering what others may have done that resulted in an actual person getting charged for the fraud.

I worked at a place where a nearby restaurant compromised hundreds of CC cards, affecting several co-workers. The result was "it was Europeans" and nothing ever happened.

So any information is helpful. I knew the pin was the Entergy Building, you goober.

Johnny Rocket above you gave a legit path forward.

That bitch told me it was gonna be about $350. NOT $602.95.

I showed her.

That's more like the light bill for a business, not an apartment/home

Hold my beer. Our bill is $700 ish in the summer. We have it levelized and it’s $400-450 year round lol.

My old place was over 600 most every January.

Electric heat wasn't bad until it stayed below zero for a couple weeks.

Holy shite. If my power bill was $600 I'd probably be trying to use someone else's credit card too

That's probably 3-4 months worth... plus a reconnect fee.

I worked with a girl who had her CC info stolen. Someone ordered some Beats headphones.

She was hell bent on tracking this person down. She got an address and it was in South Jackson. She loaded up her pink pistol and was heading down there. I advised against it. The police told her not to do it, but she was going to do it. Another coworker and I went with her.

She marched up to this house. Told the lady that answered it was her credit card and scared the shite out of her and the lady gave her the headphones. On the way back to our office, the bank called and told her they were crediting her account.

You get your money back. The CC company will tell Entergy about it. Entergy credits them. Entergy may tell the cops, but probably won't, and will just take the loss. If they do, the cops won't do anything.

You got your money back. Get a new card, and forget about it. Not worth the time and effort to figure out
