Some vendor's database got hacked or some site you have your number on.

One of the guys I used to work with got signed up for a couple of gay pride groups at his workplace because he left his computer open and someone thought it would be funny to sign him up. When he tried to unenroll he got called by the diversity cabal and nearly got in trouble for trying to unenroll. I think he ended up convincing them that he accidentally signed up and was just getting too many emails.

I haven't answered a call from a number not in my contacts since Obama's 2nd term.
