Jacksonville is ghetto, just like BR, Memphis, etc. but to the extent gangs make rational decisions at all, shooting up an event like this would be incredibly foolish.

Im not 100% sure on the setup on this particular tournament but I would guess he could of lost last night and got dropped to the losers bracket

Would you consider Chicago and Detroit part of the south? What about Baltimore? All have the worst crime rates in the country.
