A) you should be able to defend the right to bear arms without saying "they'll kill you with something else regardless"

Hell, back then you could buy a REAL assault rifle for $50. Not an “civilian” semi-auto that looks like an assault rifle, a real fricking assault rifle for $50. And you didn’t have to do a background check or even get your arse off the couch other to do more than take the catalog order form to your mailbox.

How about the fact that inner city urban areas are overwhelmingly liberal voters?
Is that not a valid assumption? Hell, it's a fact.
The majority of gun violence occurs in inner city urban areas and it's not even remotely close.

Well it’s obviously not guns. Guns have not changed. What’s changed is us. People. We have devalued human life to the point it holds no worth to others. We’ve became me so self centered to our own wants that all we see in others is what they can do to or for us. We have no love in our hearts for anything but ourselves. That’s the problem. And the worst part of it is we have hardened our hearts to the point we’re blind to it.
