#2 Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated BOND: $1000

Shitty driving and parking has nothing to do with trucks.
I see a lot more shitty parking jobs from people driving trucks than any other vehicle.

Calling men out for driving trucks while picking up DUI's at 18. This guy is a prime candidate for a democratic politician. I bet he lives in a glass fricking house.

I like how you dicks don't even bother to grasp what the author is saying. Our world is growing. Not to mention our carbon footprint is growing. I think we all can agree we need to be downsizing. A typical parking lot could be restructured to fit 10% MORE vehicles if everyone would buy cars instead of trucks. You could gain another 15-20% if we all switched to compact cars. The gas/oil savings would be immense. Emissions would plummet and air quality would improve. Life would be better for everyone.
Pro's:
-More room to park
-Less distance to walk to class
-A more astetic environment
-A cleaner environment
-Cleaner Air
-Less impact on fossil fuels
-Learning to transition to a lifestyle of sound, consciousness decision making
Con's:
-You don't have a truck bed for the one I. Every four years you need it
It's really a no brainer, assuming your brain is fully developed.
Did you somehow get shunned at Brokeback Mountain by a guy with a truck?

Pickup trucks don't take up 2 parking spaces, nor do they even approach the most annoying or inconsiderately parked vehicle in Baton Rouge. Someone is Jelly that a Silverado 4x4 took a spot that they wanted.
That said, I don't have a problem with compact spaces being made close to campus. Some a-hole will still try to squeeze full sized Accord or Camry into them, then not pull up all the way.

But it's definitely written like a clickbait article that a hack would write.
Keep in mind, the Reveille is full of aspiring journalists. They're building a portfolio to show potential employers. They're under the impression nobody will give a shite about actual journalism, so they decide to chime in on culture war bullshite.

I actually try to park next to trucks when I can. Never been dinged parked between two trucks but I'll be damned if the paint on my bumper today doesn't match the prius that was right next to me when I pulled in.

Anyone using the terms "manspreading" or "mansplaining" should be manslaughtered.

I thought that manspreading was the microaggression of just sitting with your legs spread and your package on full display as a subconscious form of female dominance? Or at least that's what the massively in debt liberal arts double major at Starbucks told me.
