I like Dan Abrams a lot and Ashleigh Banfield. If you haven't given it a try, I recommend. They at least make an attempt to be fair and balanced.

Hes one of the main reasons live pd is no longer on. Can't have cops largely looking like good guys in this country

Just listen to Sirius XM Patriot one day and Sirius XM Progress the next day.
Read between the lines on both and the truth will be somewhere in between these 2.

He was right about 1 thing

This covers about 90% of primary news reports (national level). Most other news organizations just repackage what these guys report.

Problem is that they're spreading fake news.

It’s impossible to report news now a days unless you see it with your own eyes, no one can discern real from fake…

There really isn't... Doesn't matter what major network you watch... Fox, cbs, ABC, whatever... They don't really have much time for a whole lot of bias.

FWIW, CNN just hired a new CEO who, according to him, wants to take CNN back to their news days rather than hosting a bunch of talking heads who try to talk over one another. Something to keep an eye on, at least.
I wish him luck if he means that, but it will fail.

CNN learned several decades ago: there just isn't enough "news" in the day, to justify a 24 hr network; unless there's a war or global tensions to cover.

It would be maybe more productive to dedicate live coverage globally- put Far East/Asian news on when it would be primetime over there, for example. Hell, if it's late and I'm bored, I might be interested in Maylasia's economic situation, and what the Japanese are up to. Or the latest in the Korean Peninsula.
Would be intriguing to get in-depth coverage of the big European stories of the day at certain times, too.

But even with that, things would get old quick, and we'd see more Op-Ed shows popping up on that.

If CNN changes at all, it will add some token "conservative" talking head pundits as the whipping boys for their hosts. The "pro wrestling" format of screaming arguers -- going back to Crossfire in the '80s but really coming into its own after taking over ESPN this millennium -- gets bigger ratings than intelligent discussion of issues.

You have to get from multiple sources. And make your own judgement.

The biggest problem is what the biased outlets refuse to cover. They and do often lie by omission.

They list CNBC, The Hill, Axios as centrist, NBC and CNN business as lean left, but Fox News as hard right.

Most people see things this way

Not everyone sees everything left of Newsmax as Far Left.

TigerDroppings.com Seriously. One of the advantages of a site like this is there is never a shortage of people willing to tell you how wrong what you just posted was. It makes for a good filter.

This site has been an amazing source of information and opinions, doubly so because of the atmosphere of free speech engendered on this site.

I do try to keep an open mind, because I understand that I do not know everything, and it’s possible to learn something new each day, even from those I tend to disagree with.
